How do I mount my photo art?

It’s simple! Locate the sticky strip on the back of your frame, peel off the protective paper, and stick it on the wall.

Are there any kinds of surfaces your frames won't stick to?

They stick to the vast majority of walls. However, if you have any issue at all, contact us right away and we'll work with you to make things right.

Is there a minimum photo resolution I should use?

For highest quality print results, your photos should be at least:

  • 2400 x 2400 pixels for an 8” X 8” frame
  • 2400 x 3000 pixels for an 8” X 10” frame
  • 3000 x 2400 pixels for a 10” X 8” frame

*By selecting “Keep anyway”, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk for reduced print quality.
